May 11, 2012 10 Day Challenge Day 8/ABC Diet Day 1

Calories

Binged on oysters and macaroni and cheese (about 600 calories) but purged right after… = 10 points

Water:

20 points

Exercise:

Two 20 minute workouts and 20 minute jog = 20 points

Sleep:

Going to bed at 12:00 waking up at 8:30 = 20 points

Points in all: 620/800

I think I’ve lost 4 pounds so far. I think that’s pretty good since I haven’t totally stuck to the diet! Oh and ABC starts today. This is my second try and I’m really going to make this count!!!
